Waste export to Mexico

SAMEX Evironmental Services, has all the authorizations for the export of hazardous waste to Mexico. Said authorization is granted by EPA according to title 40 of the federal code of regulations part 262, subpart E, section 262.53 which is known as Acknowledgment Of Consent Letter (AOC).

Counting on AOC both for solids with calorific value, as well as for flammable liquids. This document certifies to the generator that EPA has carried out all the investigations with the Mexican authorities to ensure that the receiving company in Mexico (Samex Recycling Technologies, S.A. de C.V.) has all its authorizations to recycle these types of waste.
